DJ’s Smoked Sausage Stew
Smoked Sausage Stew
3 cans whole potatoes, undrained (I chopped the large ones in half with my spoon.)
2 cans green beans, undrained
1 lb beef summer sausage, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
Liquid Smoke, Garlic, Black Pepper, and Smokehouse Maple Seasoning to taste.
Cook the sausage, onions, and butter until brown and tender. Add the potatoes and green beans. Heat on high for 2 hours in the crock pot.
I served it without the broth. I made this tonight. It was very easy and I got rave reviews from the family. 🙂
